- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Press pizza dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet, building up edges slightly. Spray dough with additional nonstick cooking spray. Bake 8 minutes; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine tomatoes and 1 cup boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. Drain tomatoes, and cut into strips.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Add broccoli; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes more or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in tomato strips.
- Spread sauce over baked pizza crust. Arrange vegetable mixture evenly over sauce. If desired, sprinkle pizza with bacon. Top with cheese. Bake pizza 10 to 13 minutes more or until crust is golden. Cut into wedges, and serve.
