- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat. Add ground turkey and onion; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink; drain fat.
- Stir in beans, corn, cumin, chili powder and chiles. Return to medium heat; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into each taco shell. Sprinkle with cheese, top with lettuce and tomatoes (if desired), and serve.
