Thanksgiving Leftovers Stuffing Waffles

  • 4 cups Stuffing
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Gravy


  1. Combine the stuffing, egg, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
  2. Scoop desired amount of batter and place on a greased waffle maker. Make sure both sides of waffle iron are well greased, close and allow to cook until waffle is golden brown.
  3. Remove from iron, top with your favorite leftovers of warm mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce
  4. Enjoy!
