Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce
  • 5 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a rectangular 3-quart baking dish; season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl combine picante sauce, butter, ranch salad dressing, lemon juice, soy sauce, lemon pepper and seasoned salt. Pour evenly on chicken.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165°F). Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm over egg noodles.
