- In a large nonstick skillet cook and stir beef, onion, garlic powder and cumin over medium-high heat until beef is browned; drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning, and season to taste with pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer beef mixture to a large bowl; stir in beans and corn. Add lettuce and chips; toss. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Top with shredded cheese and avocado slices, and serve.
