Sweet Potato Casserole Overnight Oats

  • 2 tsp Our Family Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 cup Mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup Our Family Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup quick Oats Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk


  1. Mix: Brown sugar, pumpkin spice, mashed sweet potato, Greek yogurt, and instant oatmeal. Then add the milk to desired consistency. Adding the milk last will avoid overflowing the jar.
  2. Soak: Cover and place in the fridge overnight (at least 8 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
  3. Enjoy: Enjoy a nutritious, ready-to-eat oatmeal.
