- Preheat grill to high (400°F to 450°F). In a large bowl combine snap peas, corn, tomatoes, half the green onions, and butter; toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place snap peas mixture in the center of a 9x13-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Fold up edges, and crimp tightly to seal.
- Place foil packet on grill. Grill 15 minutes or until snap peas are tender. Carefully transfer from foil packet to a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
