- Trim fat from steaks, if desired. Cut steaks into 4 serving-size pieces. Brush both sides with Worcestershire. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
- In a 12-inch skillet cook heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir until tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Increase heat to medium-high. Add steaks; cook 8 minutes or until browned, turning once. Return bell pepper and onion to skillet.
- Pour marinara on steaks and vegetables; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer 2 to 4 minutes or until steaks reach desired doneness and cheese melts. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
