- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). For the dressing, in a small bowl stir together chutney, mayonnaise and orange juice. Set aside.
- Thread shrimp and scallops alternately onto 4 (10-inch) skewers.* Place skewers on grill. Grill 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp and scallops are opaque. Remove skewers from grill.
- Meanwhile, place salad greens on 4 plates; top evenly with fruit. Using a fork, push the shrimp and scallops off 1 skewer onto each salad. Drizzle with dressing, and serve.
