- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange apples evenly in a 9-inch pie plate. In a small bowl combine raisins, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar; sprinkle over apples in pie plate. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl stir together egg, flour, butter, salt and remaining sugar until combined. Spread evenly over apples in pie plate. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and apples are tender. Cool slightly. Cut into wedges, and serve.
