Quick and Easy Spaghetti with Meat sauce

GLUTEN FREE VERSION: Substitute the spaghetti noodles out with a gluten free variety. Also check the labels closely, ground beef and tomato sauce may contain gluten. VEGETARIAN VERSION: Omit the ground beef.
Dish type


  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese


  1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. In the meanwhile, brown beef in a pan and combine all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Strain the cooked pasta toss with the tomato sauce mixture, add cooked beef and serve with cheese on top!
