- In a large bowl and using an electric hand-mixer, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin and brown sugar at medium speed. Add maple syrup and cinnamon; beat until smooth. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
- If desired, serve with fruit skewers, apples, pears and gingersnaps for dipping.
