Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Fruit skewers, sliced apples , sliced pears, gingersnaps (optional)

  1. In a large bowl and using an electric hand-mixer, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin and brown sugar at medium speed. Add maple syrup and cinnamon; beat until smooth. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
  2. If desired, serve with fruit skewers, apples, pears and gingersnaps for dipping.
