- Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pork chops over medium-high heat until both sides are browned.
- In a very large bowl stir together sauerkraut, apples, onions, carrots, pepper and celery seed. Pour over chops in skillet.
- Add 1/4 cup water to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
