  • 4 Ball Park Beef Franks
  • 2 (4.7 ounce) loaves French demi mini baguette bread, halved lengthwise and hollowed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese

  1. Spray or oil your outdoor grill with cooking oil and preheat over high heat (450-500°F). Grill the hot dogs until golden brown on all sides, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Spread the butter and garlic salt on the cut side of the bread and toast on the grill until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. To build dogs: spread tomato sauce and layer with pepperoni, hot dogs and cheese. Place back on the grill with the heat off or on low, until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
