Ingredients

  • 2 medium pears, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 8 cups butterhead lettuce, torn
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. In a medium bowl combine pear slices with lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Place lettuce on 4 salad plates; drizzle with oil. Top with walnuts, feta and vinegar; season with pepper to taste. Place pear slices on top, and serve.
