- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a shallow dish combine cereal, cheese, bread crumbs and dressing mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Place butter in another shallow dish. Dip chicken breasts, one at a time, in butter, then in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in chicken reaches 165°F. Serve hot.
