OREO Fruit "Tart"

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 (6 oz.) OREO Pie Crust
  • 4 OREO Cookies, finely chopped
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit pieces (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and sliced bananas)
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves, melted

  1. BEAT cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 1 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  2. SPREAD into pie crust. Top with chopped cookies and fruit; brush fruit with preserves.
  3. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Store leftover tart in refrigerator.
