Olive's Dirt Cups
- Invite kids to help measure and place avocado, banana, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup vanilla extract, milk, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend/process until smooth. If too thick, add one to two tablespoons of milk until desired texture.
- Invite kids to help divide pudding evenly between six small, dessert sized bowls. Cover bowls with plastic wrap. Be sure to press the plastic wrap down on to the pudding so there is no air between the pudding and plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap and top with crushed chocolate sandwich crèmes cookies and a gummy worm. Serve. Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 24 hours of preparation.
