Michigan Cherry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pitted Mixed Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Sweet Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Chop the cherries into salsa size pieces. Mix everything together, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit at least 20 minutes before serving so the flavors can marry. Serve with corn chips.
