Mason Jar Yogurt Parfait

Perfect for on the go! Made the night before, it is a healthy breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup your favorite yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup blueberry
  • 1/2 cup strawberry, stems removed and sliced
  • 1 dash cinnamon or honey

Directions

  1. In a mason jar (8oz-12oz), have fun making layers of the yogurt and fruit. Leave room at the top for granola, or pistachios.
  2. Dash with honey and cinnamon on the way out the door!
