  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups (1-inch) watermelon balls or sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups thinly sliced kiwi
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
