- Remove cores from radicchio and lettuce. Separate the leaves and rinse gently; pat dry with paper towels. Arrange the leaves on 4 salad plates, alternating radicchio and lettuce.
- Cut each tomato into 8 wedges. Place 2 tomato wedges on lettuce on each plate. Add cheese cubes; sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Drizzle with dressing, and serve.
