Ingredients

  • 4 (5- to 6-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (24-oz.) jar tomato with basil pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella (8 oz.), divided
  • 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 12 oz. hot cooked spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a rectangular 2-quart baking dish. Spoon pasta sauce over chicken. Top with 1 cup of the mozzarella and mushrooms; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  2. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
