Ham and Swiss Quiche

  • 1 Frozen pie crust
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 box Frozen spinach
  • 1 cup Breakfast ham, diced and cooked
  • 2/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 Large eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Defrost the spinach making sure to squeeze out excess water.
  3. Layer the pie crust with half of the cheese. Create a layer of the ham and the spinach and top again with the remainder of cheese.
  4. Combine the eggs and cream with a whisk, and pour mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake until eggs are set, and allow 5 minutes to cool. Bake time should be 45 minutes.
