- If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Load skewers with marinated Tri Tip steak and prepared vegetables.
- Place skewers on grill. Turn every 2 to 3 minutes, until internal temp of Tri Tip steak reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from grill and let sit for 5 min, serve and enjoy!
