Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. turbinado sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 qt. light vanilla ice cream
  • Additional honey (optional)

  1. Preheat grill to medium-low (250°F to 300°F). Brush the cut sides of peach halves with honey. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Grill peach halves, cut side down, until warm and lightly charred but still firm, about 8 minutes, turning halfway through grilling. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream and (if desired) a drizzle of honey.
