- Preheat grill to medium-low (250°F to 300°F). Brush the cut sides of peach halves with honey. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and sugar.
- Grill peach halves, cut side down, until warm and lightly charred but still firm, about 8 minutes, turning halfway through grilling. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream and (if desired) a drizzle of honey.
