Grilled Corn and Tomato Guacamole

  • 2 ears Corn on the cob, grilled and cooled
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Red onion, chopped
  • Your favorite Wheat Thins

  1. Grill corn until lightly charred. Cool and cut kernels off of cobs.
  2. Mix corn, guacamole, tomatoes, and red onions in medium sized bowl. Refrigerate for 30 min. Serve with Wheat Thins.
