Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 ears fresh corn, unhusked

  1. In a small bowl stir together butter, garlic and dill. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Remove husks from corn. Grill corn, uncovered, 10 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Serve with garlic-dill butter.
