- For salad, in a medium bowl combine hearts of palm, onion, tomatoes and basil.
- For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
- Toss salad. Top with feta, and serve.
