- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir ground beef 6 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Simmer over medium-low heat 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, layer lettuce on serving platter. Top with tomato. Peel and pit avocado; cut into cubes or thin wedges and place on lettuce.
- Spoon beef mixture onto vegetables; top with cheese. Serve with salsa, olives, onions and sour cream, if desired.
