- Preheat oven to 350ÂF. Coat a rectangular 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
- Place chicken in baking dish; top with broccoli. In a medium bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, milk and curry powder; spread over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese; set aside. In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until heated through and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions. Serve chicken over rice.
