- Chop tomatoes and cilantro. Peel avocado and remove its pit.
- In a bowl, place the avocado and milk. Mash the avocado until finely blended with the milk.
- Then add the cottage cheese, jalapeño, salt, pepper and lime or lemon juice to the mixture.
- Serve with tortilla chips. *Add one whole jalapeño if you like it hot!
