Crockpot Beef and Tomato Macaroni Soup



  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 28 oz. tomato puree
  • 1 28 oz. whole tomatoes
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 4 cups cooked macaroni


Prep Time
6 hours
  1. In your crock pot over high heat, add a little oil, and cook your onions until soft. In a frying pan, brown your beef until it is fully brown and drain away excess liquid and add it to the crock pot with the onions.
  2. Add broth, both cans of tomatoes, BB sauce, Worcestershire, and turn heat to low.
  3. With a lid let it simmer for 4-6 hours occasionally stirring.
  4. Add cooked macaroni at the end before serving.
