Ingredients

  • 2 cups deli Greek salad (1 lb.)
  • 1/4 lb. sliced (1/4-inch-thick) low-sodium ham, cut in strips
  • 2 oz. sliced (1/4-inch-thick) Swiss Lorraine cheese
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced mixed pepper strips (green, red, orange and/or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Toasted French bread or semolina bread

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except lettuce and bread. Toss to blend.
  2. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves with toasted thin slices of French bread or semolina bread.
