- Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Stir together garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne. Rub on both sides of pork chops. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
- Place chops on grill. Grill, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until instant-read thermometer registers 145°F, turning once. Remove from grill. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Top with salsa and sour cream (if desired), and serve.
