- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine creamed corn, whole corn, muffin mix, sour cream, butter and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour corn mixture into baking dish; bake 1 hour. Serve hot or warm.
