1 cup Our Family milk (non-dairy milk substitute for dairy-free option)
1 Small banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit of choice such as berries, peaches, or apple
1/2 cup Veggies of choice such as kale, spinach, raw fresh or frozen chopped cauliflower or cooked sweet potato, optional
Directions
Invite kids to help place ingredients in a high powered blender. Process until very smooth. Add more milk if too thick and once at desired texture. Serve immediately.
