Ingredients

  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. raw (turbinado) sugar
  • 1 tsp. finely grated orange peel
  • 1 cup nonfat whipped topping
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  1. In a medium bowl stir together grapes, orange juice, sugar and orange peel. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  2. Just before serving, in a small bowl stir together whipped topping and almond extract.
  3. To serve, place chilled grapes in 4 small glasses. Top with almond-flavored whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
