Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves (finely grated)
  • 1 cup Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Our Family extra virgin olive oil
  • Our Family Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Directions

  1. Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, and garlic (or process in a food processor several pulses). Place in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate. If chilled, return to room temperature before serving. Can keep for a week or two.
