- In a 10-inch broiler-proof skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add green onions and garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes until onion is tender. Add tomatoes.
- In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, chicken and chiles. Pour into skillet. As egg mixture sets, lift edges to let uncooked mixture to run underneath. Continue cooking until almost set.
- Preheat broiler. Place skillet under broiler about 5 inches from heat. Broil about 2 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more. Cut into wedges, and serve.
