Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. For the tart shell, press cookie dough onto the bottom and up the sides of an 11-inch tart pan with a removable bottom, or a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven; let cool.
  2. In a medium bowl and using an electric hand mixer, beat together cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping until combined. Spread evenly in the baked tart shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Arrange pineapple, oranges, kiwi and berries on top of the chilled cheese. Slice and serve the tart immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours before serving.
