- Place steak slices in a large resealable plastic bag. Add garlic, lime juice, vinegar and 1/4 cup oil. Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Remove steak slices from marinade; discard marinade. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt and pepper to taste; add to skillet. Cook 20 to 30 seconds per side, or to desired doneness.
- Heat cheese dip according to label directions. Place chips on 8 plates. Drizzle with warm cheese dip. Top with steak slices, bell pepper, onions, avocado, sour cream and jalapeños. Serve immediately.
