- Place garlic, bay leaf, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin and lime juice in a blender or food processor; blend to make a paste.
- Rub chops with spice paste, and place in a glass dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pat chops with paper towels. Add chops to skillet to brown; cook 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink (160°F for medium). Serve hot.
