Caprese Skewers


  • 1 pint Open Acres grape tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz. Mini mozzarella balls, drain and pat dry
  • 1 Peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • Bamboo skewers


  1. Add a variation of cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella balls and peaches to the skewers then drizzle with balsamic on top.
