- Place fillets in a large resealable plastic bag. Add buttermilk; seal bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil; coat foil with [[gluten-free]] nonstick cooking spray. Remove fillets from buttermilk; discard buttermilk. Place fillets on foil; set aside.
- In a small bowl combine almonds, basil, parsley, green onion and orange zest; season with freshly ground pepper to taste. Top fillets evenly with almond mixture, pressing to coat.
- Place baking sheet in oven. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
