- Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil. For the sauce, in a small bowl stir together mustard, lemon juice, oil, Parmesan, and pepper to taste. Place swordfish on baking sheet and brush lightly with half the sauce.
- Place baking sheet under broiler. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until fish is opaque.
- Meanwhile, stir tomato and basil into remaining sauce.
- Turn fish; top with sauce. Broil 3 to 4 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
