- In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
- Arrange half of the cookies in a single layer in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Top with half each of the banana slices and cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with blueberries. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Cut into squares, and serve.
