Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. vanilla wafer cookies
  • 6 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
  2. Arrange half of the cookies in a single layer in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Top with half each of the banana slices and cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with blueberries. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Cut into squares, and serve.
