- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix cheese, ham and green onions together in a bowl.
- Whisk in eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended well.
- Open and separate biscuits. Press each biscuit into a 5-inch round on a lightly floured surface.
- Put one biscuit in each greased muffin cup. Press firmly to shape.
- Spoon mixture into each cup until 3/4s full. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until filling is set.
