- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush lightly with a small amount of the oil. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven; leave oven on.
- Meanwhile, cut chicken into strips 1/2-inch wide; season with salt and pepper to taste. In a medium skillet heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Spread barbecue sauce on heated crust. Top with onion, bell pepper, chicken and cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
