Ingredients

  • 1 (3-oz.) jar bacon bits, divided
  • 1 (8-oz.) container Daisy sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 plum (Roma) tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 to 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • Assorted crackers

  1. Reserve 1 teaspoon of the bacon bits for garnish. In a medium bowl combine Daisy sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes, remaining bacon bits, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Spoon spread into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with reserved bacon bits and parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
