- Reserve 1 teaspoon of the bacon bits for garnish. In a medium bowl combine Daisy sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes, remaining bacon bits, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spoon spread into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with reserved bacon bits and parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
